Plan Chapters

This vision will serve as the guide for creating and implementing the comprehensive plan and strategic implementation steps. The city’s current plan, which functions as a blueprint for the city, was written in 1978. While it has been frequently updated and amended, it is inadequate for the future Tulsans have envisioned.

Each chapter of the new comprehensive plan will cover broad functional aspects of the city:

Parks
Open Space
Sustainability & Built Environment
