The Strategic Plan identifies priority strategies that the PLANiTULSA team recommends be immediately initiated by Mayor and City Council within a one to three year timeframe.
It helps to prioritize projects and programs that should be funded through the operating budget and should help inform the future bond election priorities. In addition to guiding future funding decisions, the strategic plan provides a framework to enable and promote public/private partnerships that will result in benefits to the city and its residents.
